How to Return an Item
- 1Contact us at [email protected] or call (555) 742-8834 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- 3Write your RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns center.
- 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
